Schiaccette with a protein content much higher than average standards due to the presence of oat and oilseeds.
Ingredients: Wheat flour type “00”, durum wheat flour, olive oil, oat flakes (20%), sunflower seeds (20%), brown linseed (20%), white wine (sulphites), yeast, salt.
