Frise (pieces of toasted bread)
Friselle produced with the best wheat and cereals, with wheat flour, salt, malt, wheat fibre, brewer’s yeast. Ideal as a meal or with exquisite dishes, like fish and vegetable soups.
Ingredients: Wheat flour type “00”, salt, water, brewer’s yeast.
