Francesco Minischetti decided to open his first bakery in Rutigliano, in the province of Bari

1989
One cannot live on bread alone: Francesco Minischetti started his Taralli production following his mother’s recipe, who handmade them at home according to tradition. Success came immediately.

1996
His sons Fedele and Vincenzo Minischetti decided to automatise the production and to build a 1200 sq m shed.

Over the years
The quality of products, made with excellent and accurately selected raw materials, and the ability to take risks, launching a new product each year, have led to a large-scale distribution. Thanks to its 52 types of products, Quattroemme has become one of the most important and well-known Taralli makers in Apulia.

The company, guided by Fedele and Vincenzo with passion, is constantly growing and ready to meet all the requirements of those who believe in the goodness and quality of products.
