Taralli made according to the old Apulian recipe and exclusively by hand. They are perfect with wine and drinks as appetisers. They can replace bread in a salad or end a meal.
Ingredients: Wheat flour type “0”, double-milled durum wheat flour (40%), olive oil, extra-virgin olive oil (10%), white wine (sulphites), salt, wheat fibre.
