Aperitivo Blue lagoon e taralli speciali

Want to add a pop of color to your appetizer? Try this recipe to make the famous Blue lagoon, with the difference that you can accompany it by our olive oil taralli.

ngredients for 2 drinks.

  • Vodka: 50 ml.
  • Blue curaçao: 20 ml.
  • Lemon: 30 gr.
  • Mint leaf: qty (optional)
  • Sprite: 150 ml
  • Ice cube: qty
  • Straws
  • Taralli speciali 400 gr. Quattroemme.

METHOD

1. Fill a quite large glass with ice cubes (slushy-like is also fine), up to the rim.

2. Slice the lemon and add a few slices in the glass.

3. Next pour in 2 cl of blue curaçao and 5 cl of vodka.

4. Lastly, add the sprite also.

5. Blend gently, perhaps helping yourself with a long spoon or a glass straw.

6. You can also add mint leafs if you like.

7. Prepare taralli in bowls to snack along with the cockatail.

And now everything is ready to have our aperitif by the sea. You just have to imagine yourself on a beautiful beach....
