Apulian friselle with spreadable cheese and salmon tartare

Have you ever tried pairing friselle with raw fish?
Well if you are curious all you have to do is follow this simple recipe to have a great appetizer, or even an amazing seafood main course.

Ingredients for 4 portions

  • Salmone: 500 gr. (già pulito e abbattuto)
  • Lemon juice: 1 lemon
  • Sesame seeds: qty (optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chives
  • Spreadable cheese: 300 gr.
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp.
  • Aceto: 2 cucchiaini
  • Frise normali 300 gr. Quattroemme.

METHOD

1. Cut your salmon slice into small cubes, no matter if they are not all the same size.

2. Take a small bowl and add the salmon.

3. Next pour in the olive oil and vinegar. In addition stir in the chives and sesame seeds.

4. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice, still in the same bowl. Lastly, add the salt and pepper; stir to mix everything well.

5. Take your frise and place them on a plate.

6. Garnish the frise with the spreadable cheese and the remaining chives.

7. Add your salmon tartare to the side of the plate.

8. Serve and enjoy the freshness of the dish!

You can use the same process with meat or other kinds of fish, maybe even with shrimp... man, am I hungry!
