We are talking about the Bari focaccia, which is rolled out by hand and stored in a protective atmosphere that allows it to be refrigerated for 30 days!

It lends itself well to being sold in the food counter, either cut or whole, or if you prefer to store it in the refrigerated counter it also makes a nice impression, being a product that with just a few minutes in the oven is ready.

For a deli counter they are a must, and then with that tan they would make even the popizze.
